Sale of the spreads business is complete.
On 15 December 2017, Unilever agreed the sale of its global Spreads business (the “Company”) to KKR. Today, the Company is pleased to announce the completion of this sale. In recognition of its new independent identity, the Company also announces its change of name to Upfield, with immediate effect.
